The one person I would spend one hour with, one more time. My mom, definitely. It's been 13 years since we could chat. But maybe it would be my mother-in-law who has been gone 12 years. I have a whole passel of questions for her about my husband that hadn't occurred to me after only 7 years of marriage to him.
The one place I would go? Oh, that's easy. Bishop, California, the Eastern High Sierras.

The one gift I would relish for Christmas? Easy too--One day, all to myself, with no meals to plan, no papers to grade, no agenda. Or well, maybe, it would be my husband being able to sort and get rid of one thing.
