We inherited a yard full of perennials when we bought this house. Since we moved in October, we didn't really know all that we had. This spring has been a series of wonderful discoveries as shoots poke up through the dirt and the blooms appear. I've never done perennials before, since we never had a yard of our own. What fun to have plants without doing a whole lot, other than weeding. Peonies, lillies, iris, columbine, and more that I haven't learned yet.
